The Belgian international impressed in his first campaign in England, netting 13 goals for the Blues following his summer arrival from Lille.
Mourinho is a great admirer of Hazard but he wants the 22-year-old to increase his contribution next season.
�Hazard has a lot of talent, as everybody knows, and now he has to move from great talent to great numbers because football is about numbers,� Mourinho said on Chelsea�s official website.
�He has to transform his great talent into many goals, many assists, many winning goals, many goals in big matches.
He added: �I am ready to help him, and he must be ready too.�
