Mourinho's Real Madrid to play Alcoyano in the
Copa del Rey round of 32
Copa del Rey round of 32
Real Madrid will play Alcoyano in the Copa del Rey round of 32. The first leg will be
played on 31st October at El Collao and the second leg will be played on 28th November at
the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
If Mourinho's team will qualify for the quarter-finals they will face the winner of the Celtic-
Almería tie.
If they get through to the quarter-finals they would play against the winner of the tie
between either Sporting or Osasuna against Llagostera or Valencia.
If they get through to the semi-finals, Real Madrid would play against the winner of the
quarter-finals between the winners of the ties between Alavés or Barcelona against Real
Sociedad or Cordoba against the winners of Eibar or Athletic against Cacereño or Málaga.
Alcoyano
The team from Alicante received a bye in the third round of the competition and arrive
unbeaten at the round of 32 after previously eliminating Atlético Baleares (2-0) and Tenerife
(1-0), the leader of group I of the Second Division B, both at home.
