Louis van Gaal has advised Wesley Sneijder to join Chelsea according to Vatan newspaper reporter Erdal C�mert.
"I know Chelsea and Jose Mourinho want Sneijder," van Gaal said.

Van Gaal made similar comments at the start of the season.
"[Sneijder's move to] Chelsea? Those are just rumours," Sneijder told Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad.
"However, Chelsea would be a more convenient club in order for me to keep an eye on him. Chelsea is an hour from Netherlands and I�m a friend of Mourinho."
